The Bio-Blends Retractable Eyeliners are sustainable beeswax based pencils that twist out and eliminate the need for messy sharpeners. The opposite end has a smudger tool for transforming basic lines into looks like glamorous smokey eyes. The texture of the Eye Pencil is a medium softness which allows it to apply smoothly but does not crumble or clump.
